The Black Experience in Business

I had the opportunity to moderate a virtual panel discussion, hosted by the  Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, focused on understanding the obstacles and biases that African Americans experience in their professional careers.

The discussion was open and honest and we touched on topics surrounding the practice of whitening, discrimination on the job, discrimination within business practices, and the resiliency it takes to overcome.
